仁海宮是一座有兩百年歷史悠久的廟宇，立於市區，處於南北要道，外觀氣勢雄偉，屋頂飛簷，樓宇雕樑畫棟，五彩繽紛，極具中華傳統廟宇建築風格，親近它，會發思幽懷古之情。仁海宮，前殿擺置供桌，一樓正殿奉祀天上聖母，左千里眼將軍，右順風耳將軍，邊龕同奉三官大帝與註生娘娘 ,信徒同沾，崇隆庇佑之恩。

一樓正殿：媽祖→三官大帝→註生娘娘
Main Hall on the first floor:Mazu, the Three Officials, and the Goddess of Fertility.
一樓後殿：沉香媽祖→ 岫玉媽祖→ 藥師佛

三樓觀音殿：觀音菩薩→文殊菩薩→普賢菩薩
Guan Yin Hall on the third floor: Guan Yin Bodhisattva, Wen Shu Bodhisattva, and Pu Xian Bodhisattva.
二樓關聖殿：關聖帝君→神農大帝→文昌帝君
Guan Yu Hall on the second floor: Guan Yu Emperor, Shennong Emperor, and Wenchang Emperor.
二樓太歲殿：斗姥元君→財神爺→月老星君→六十太歲星君
Tai Sui Hall on the second floor: Doumu Yuanjun, God of Wealth, God of Matchmaking, and the 60 Tai Sui Star Gods.
返一樓媽祖殿，奉第二炷香於媽祖爐
Return to the Mazu Hall on the first floor and offer the second incense.
